Things to know before you book page is designed to answer all your questions and alleviate your concerns prior to your appointment with the goal of ensuring your experience is as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the information below before scheduling.

Things to Know Before you Book:

  1. Although we don't charge extra for pet hair or "really dirty" vehicles we do charge extra for things like Mold, Bodily Fluids and Rock Salt Stains.

  2. Our technicians arrive with everything they'll need to complete the job including Water, Electric and chemicals.

  3. Our technicians can NOT drive or move customer vehicles.

  4. Please remove all personal items including phone cords prior to start of appointment.

  5. All appointments are subject to change due to weather conditions.

  6. To prevent the possibility of ice forming inside your vehicle we require a temperature above 35degrees to perform a Standard Detail (interior only) or a heated enclosed space.

  7. To prevent the possibility of ice forming on the exterior of your vehicle we require a temperature above 40degrees to perform a Showroom Detail (interior & exterior), Wash & Wax (exterior only) and Supreme Detail.

  8. Our technicians do NOT remove or install child car seats, booster seats or seat covers.

  9. Child car seats and booster seats are $25.00 extra for cleaning (steam cleaning)

  10. Please be sure to select the correct package for the SIZE of the vehicle being serviced (sedan, 2row SUV, 3row SUV, XL or minivan) if the incorrect size is selected when booking the technician servicing the vehicle on-site will need to adjust the price for the size difference.

  11. His & Hers package includes the detail of 2 Cars, Trucks or SUVs with 2rows of seating. All 3row vehicles and minivans are $35 extra and XL vehicles are an additional $45.00 each. Both vehicles must be serviced at the same time and place to receive discount.

  12. For the safety of our employees and your vehicle we will NOT service a vehicle parked on the street.

  13. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR PET HAIR!

  14. NO "REALLY DIRTY" FEE!

  15. THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY!

  16. UNFORTUNATELY, ALL OUR DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
